Casey holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and has experience working with diverse clinical populations. They believe in meeting clients where they are and honoring each person’s full, complex self.
Navigating life, relationships, and emotions is hard, especially in a deeply dysfunctional society. Casey sees the counselor’s role as a co-pilot: supporting clients through difficult emotional terrain. Their sessions offer a space to show up fully, including the parts that feel scared, angry, or ashamed. They believe healing, connection, and building resilience are possible for everyone.
Their integrative approach includes advanced training in EMDR, EFT, and TF-CBT. Casey is passionate about working with clients navigating gender-expansive and LGBTIA+ identities, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodivergence, and chronic illness.
