We wish Dr. daSilva well as she is retiring at the end of the summer (2026). She will be seeing her current patients through June 30, 2026 and will not be accepting any new patients. After June 30, 2026, the office will be available by email only at dr.dasilva@foundationsforchange.net. The administrative office will remain open until August 1, 2026.
