Sriya (she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. She is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Alexandria Boyer, PhD, LPC, as she pursues full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Sriya works with children, adolescents,and adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through grief, trauma, and relational challenges using psychodynamic and person-centered approaches. She also provides therapy for individuals navigating mood, personality, and depressive disorders, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to foster self-empowerment and symptom management. In addition to individual therapy, Sriya works with couples to strengthen communication and resolve conflict, utilizing evidence-based strategies grounded in the Gottman Method.
